Our Story

Inspired by our Nonna’s homemade Italian cooking, the next step for Italian Jersey girls with a passion for cooking was inevitable. What began as a dream was brought to life by passion, dedication and creativity, and has unfolded into an amazing company we're proud of. Fueled by decades of friendship, fresh ingredients & the flavors we love, Nonna's Kitchenette (grandma's little kitchen) was born!

We're re-inventing Italian food. 100% homemade, using ONLY the best ingredients. We’ve put a modern twist on nonna’s homemade classic dishes and created unique menu items inspired by flavors we love most. So here we are... best friends, waking up every morning doing something we’ve always loved, together. We're so grateful to be sharing it with the world and thankful for everyone who has become a part of the Nonna’s family. No one ever leaves hungry in our families so, Mangia Mangia!

Following an incredible opportunity to launch our truck on Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race", Season 3, we officially opened our doors November 2012 in Los Angeles, California.
